Derrick Rose's New Jump Shot!

I think we can all agree that the one aspect of DRose's game that needs to be improved the most (besides his D) is that he needs to extend his range, and develop a more consistent 3-point shot.  DRose already improved his mid range game last year, and now he's trying to get better and work on his 3 ball this off season.

And unlike certain self-proclaimed "Kings," DRose has been in the gym putting in work on it all off season long, and it's looking like it is paying off.  People who have seen him play in the off season are raving about his new 3 point shot, and even the usually humble Rose is talking about it himself as well. Rose's jumper/3 point shot also looked a lot better in the Team USA scrimmage too.  If you are a Bulls fan like me, you have to be excited about this, because once DRose gets a consistent 3 point shot, he is going to be unstoppable!  Teams won't be able to sag off of him, which means game over for defenses, since they already can't stay in front of him!

Anyways, the above footage is of him shooting 3's at his basketball camp.  That jumper is looking pretty money to me.  Overall, it looks like he might've tweaked his form a little bit, with a higher release point.  And it looks like he has added a little more arc to it... what do y'all think?

Thanks to my buddy Hansen for the video...

MORE ARC FOR SURE AND LOOK AT HIS NEW RELEASE, IT IS HIGHER

The only thing is he moved the ball closer to his fingertips so he has more arc. And his jump shot was already money, it's just his 3-pointer that needs work

The shot is definitely different from his shot last year. Check out the higher release point on his shots now guys. I've known Derrick since High School, and he is always working on his game. Derrick is a beast, Believe dat!

The Chicago Jazz should be awesome this year with D Rose's killer J! Maybe he can beat LeBron, Wade, and Bosh singlehandedly. Here's an early congratulations on a 4 seed and a second round playoff loss.
