In wake of quake, Haiti fundraising event at STATE

We've all seen the heart breaking footage of the terrible destruction in Haiti during the past week and feel compelled to do our part to help out. Our hearts, thoughts and prayers go out to all those affected by the devastating earthquake. Tons of people are helping out right now in anyway they can, which is amazing because it shows the true helpful spirit of people all over the World. We are also trying to help out in anyway we can, and so we've put together an event this Friday to help raise money for the relief efforts taking place right now.

Docksquad Sports along with Kiss FM will be helping with this Event taking place tonight, so check it out...

The event will be this Friday January 22nd from 10PM-1AM at State Bar and Restaurant in Lincoln Park. 935 w Webster Ave Chicago, IL 60614
http://www.state-chicago.com/

$30 wristbands which include: light appetizers, wells, domestics, house wine, and appetizers
$10 from every wristband will be donated to the Red Cross!

There will also be a ton of prizes and giveaways all night, so please bring friends, and please pass around the word, and join in on this good cause! All your help is appreciated! Hopefully we can make it a great and memorable night.

Special Thanks to Kiss 103 FM for all their help with this fundraising effort. Event info can be found here http://www.1035kissfm.com/pages/tyblog.html

Please contact Haneen (708)-717-3354 or Mayank (513)252-6072 with any questions. We hope to see you there!

Also, if for some reason you can not attend the Event tonight, please do find a way to help the people of Haiti in their time of need.

Here are a few great and legit websites that can use all the help they can get right now...

Lastly, even if it is not in a monetary way, please do at least pass on the information about this Event tonight, and the information about these organizations of people that are trying to help out to your friends. Take care playaz...
