LOST LETTERMEN

You guys ever wonder what happened to some of your favorite College Basketball or Football players? Well my fellow DSS writer Suman just sent me a website that is pretty tight because it will tell you exactly that. The website is called Lost Lettermen. The site lets you look up and see where any former College Football or Basketball player is playing now, anywhere around the World. Now I'm sure all of us have wondered at one time or another about what happened to some of our favorite college ballers. I know I have. Which is exactly why this website is so money. I decided to look up some of the College ballers from some of my favorite College Basketball teams.

U of I fans, do you remember Franky Wlliams? I think I last saw him when he was playing with the Knicks. Well here is what I found...

Frank Williams = U of I
After College:

* Drafted 25th overall in 2002 NBA Draft (Denver)
* Currently: Playing pro basketball in Italy

Or Chi town favorite Dee Brown...

Dee Brown = U of I
After College:

* Drafted 46th overall in 2006 NBA Draft (Utah)
* Currently: Member of Phoenix Suns

I also tried looking up some of my favorite Marquette Ballers like Cordell Henry, or people from that 03 squad, but it looks like the site is still updating it's database, because they didn't come up. But I know for a fact that CHenry and some others are still balling out there, so hopefully they can get that updated on their site.

I know you can go to Google or Wiki and look up the same info, but it's nice to have it in one centralized spot. Overall it's a pretty cool site, and if you are ever bored one day, try sending this site to your daily email thread. It will get rowdy with everyone getting into the act of naming and looking up old ballers. At least that is what happened with our bball thread. Anyways, I'm out, but this was a cool site so I thought I would post it.
