CANCER TAKES KEVIN FOSTER

Cubs fans, remember Kevin Foster? I know I do. When I was growing up, Foster was definitely one of my favorite pitchers on the Cubs squad, especially in '97. Foster unfortunately passed away Saturday of Cancer, but he will be remembered by us Cubs fans, that's for sure.

Foster played on the Cubs from '94-'98, and he had his best season with the Cubs in '97. Foster grew up in Evanston, and it was his lifelong dream to play for the Cubbies. That dream ended up coming true for him, and he donned the Cubs jersey with pride whenever he went out on the mound. R.I.P. Kevin Foster.
