I am loving these Who Made you videos because they really give us a chance to see who helped inspire these great individuals get to where they are today. In CP3's case, it was his grandfather, and everything he did for CP3 while he was growing up.
I also had no clue about the tragedy that occurred to Chris' grandfather when he was in HS. The murder is definitely a sad story that really affected Chris and his families lives greatly. But what's remarkable is how CP3 bounced back after that tragedy on the Basketball court. It is honestly just crazy how he did the impossible and scored 61 pts in that game he dedicated to his grandfather. That story and video really sends chills up my spine. Amazing!!! There is no other word to describe what he did.
Anyways, check out this Who Made You video asap, because it is great.
Also, after hearing about this story I tried searching for videos of that HS game, and came across this. This video also talks about the game, and has some nice highlights of it. Truly amazing...

Thanks for posting this--I wasn't aware of Paul's background either. I was aware that he's always been a class act on and off the court, and a guy you can't stand when he's playing your team since he's such a monster with a basketball.
With all of the phony attempts to curry emotion in the Olympic coverage nice to see them give some props to a class guy and a first rate talent.....
Of course I'll still have to hate him when he plays against the Blazers ; )
