FORTE READY FOR HIS 1ST GAME

I don't know about you guys, but I AM READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL!!! I am really excited for this first pre season game tonight, so hopefully it goes well.

It will give us a chance to see how Orton and Rex are progressing, if our defense is really as good and as healthy as they say they are, and to see number 22 play and run.

Number 22 is the Bears rookie RB, Matt Forte, and he is making his starting debut tonight. He is slated to get at least 10 carries tonight, so let's see how he does in his first real action.

Forte will be running behind a little bit of an inexperienced line tonight since the Oline is banged up, but it will be a good chance to see how he handles taking real hits, and we will get a chance to see how elusive Forte really is.

Everyone from his teammates to the coaching staff to the media is raving about this kid, so hopefully he has a nice debut tonight. GO BEARS!!!
