Amazing!!!

To me, one word sums up Josh Hamilton's performance in the Home Run Derby today, and that is AMAZING!!! If you take into consideration everything Hamilton has been through in these past few years, you will be thinking the exact same thing.

Now I'm sure most of you have heard or read about Josh Hamilton's come back story, but if you haven't, please take a few minutes of your time, and read it here. Hamilton's story is honestly unreal, and this is truly an inspirational story that hopefully people can take away something from. I know this story will definitely give some others hope with their own personal lives and struggles.

And after watching this home run derby today, I feel like Hamilton is just destined for greatness, like he is the Chosen One. Did you guys see some of those monster shots he hit tonight? Even my dad was going crazy watching Hamilton's HR's, and he rarely even tunes in to the HR Derby. Boy those fans in the Right Field Upper Deck were definitely loving the long balls, that's for sure!

Anyways, what an amazing performance by Josh Hamilton tonight. How can you not root for this guy? In the end, it sucks that he lost tonight, but the show he put on in the first round of tonight's Home Run Derby will be talked about for the ages.
